The dealers listed on the site sell all sorts of cars and there is no specific tie and allegiance to Toyota but as the makers of the site explain, "Toyota has set itself apart from the rest of the competition with respect to putting out the best gas mileage vehicles on the market."
Gas mileage and reliability is their top reasons for reommending Toyotas to all new car buyers.
