Nelly Furtado Engaged to Demacio “Demo” Castellon

Fresh off her appearance at the Concert for Diana at Wembley Stadium singer Nelly Furtado is back in the news after it was revealed the Grammy winner is in fact engaged to her boyfriend of one year Demacio “Demo” Castellon.

Furtado, who shot to fame with her debut album “Whoa, Nelly!” which received four Grammy nominations, has a three-year-old daughter, Nevis, with former boyfriend DJ Jasper Gahunia.

Castellon is a sound engineer who worked on Furtado’s most recent album, 2006’s “Loose.”
