This marks the company’s 9th consecutive year in which it has received the award. The company retailed move Class A and Class C motor homes combined than any other manufacturer dealer group in 2009. It achieved 19.2% market share for 2009 compared to an 18.3% market share for 2008.

Winnebago Industries, Inc. is a manufacturer of motor homes, which are self-contained recreation vehicles (RV) used primarily in leisure travel and outdoor recreation activities. The Company sells motor homes through independent dealers under the Winnebago, Itasca and ERA brand names. Other products manufactured by the Company consist of original equipment manufacturing (OEM) parts, including extruded aluminum and other component products for other manufacturers and commercial vehicles. As of August 29, 2009, the Company also operated a fiberglass manufacturing facility in Hampton, Iowa, and a Class B motor home assembly plant and a cabinet products manufacturing facility in Charles City, Iowa. During the fiscal year ended August 29, 2009, the Company discontinued Destination, Latitude, Spirit, Vectra and Horizon products.
