The regular 2008 Highlander will be coming out in the Summer of 2007 and they released plans on the Hybrid to be released in the Fall of 2007.
Prices listed on Toyota.com show that the Hybrid vehicle is about $8,000 more than the normal price but it is recommended that the consumer shop around and look for deals through websites like ToyotaCarsForSale.com.
