Denise Richards “Genuinely Happy” for Former Hubby Charlie Sheen
In a recent interview with People magazine Denise Richards spoke about her feelings regarding the recent announcement that her former husband Charlie Sheen and his girlfriend Brooke Mueller were engaged. Richards revealed, “I am genuinely happy for the two of them. In fact, I sent them flowers to congratulate them both. I've spent time with her and my girls really like her. That's all that matters to me.”
Richards and Sheen were married in June 2002 and have two children together. In 2005 Richards filed for divorce and the marriage officially ended in November 2006.
Sheen has been dating Mueller, a real estate investor, for over a year now while Richards recently ended a relationship with Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora after dating the musician for close to a year.
