Tom Tancredo may be low in the polls but stood alone as the only Republican candidate at last night's NAACP forum.
The political issue that Tom Tancredo is known for is immigration and it is only fitting that his poll numbers are consistently the highest in California. He polls in the 3-4% range in that state while barely on life support everywhere else.
The day before, Tancredo took partial credit for John McCain's slowing campaign. His contention was the fact that he is informing voters how the immigration bill that McCain supported would have legalized millions of immigrants.
Tancredo won the applause from the NAACP crowd that respected him for showing up. Every venue Tancredo shows up at is a venue for him to spread the issue that he is passionate about.
