Lindsay Lohan 2005 car crash case dismissed

Lindsay Lohan will not have to pay for damages she caused in a 2005 accident. Lohan was accused of crashing into a van but the case has been dismissed by a small claims court.

The driver of the van did not appear for the hearing so the Beverly Hills court decided to throw out the case. Reps of Lohan’s insurance agency waited for the van’s owner but he never showed up.

The owners failure to show up saved Lohan $3,624.84 in damages.
