Victoria Beckham says “Over my dead body” to Paris Hilton’s offer of friendship

Victoria Beckham had been stirring up trouble ever since she got to the United States. The former Spice Girl blasted Eddie Murphy, calling him a “Beverly Hills C**k” for the way he treated fellow Spice Girl Melanie Brown after she became pregnant with his child. Now 'Posh Spice' has refused a friendship with socialite Paris Hilton.

Hilton reportedly extended a party invitation to Beckham, who just moved to the United State with husband soccer star David Beckham. Reports claim Hilton said of Victoria “We could be soul mates.” Victoria reportedly turned down the offer of friendship telling a friend, “Over my dead body!”

Beckham reportedly feels a friendship with Paris, who was recently released from jail, could have a negative affect on her status in the Hollywood world.

Meanwhile, Beckham’s reality show “Victoria Beckham: Coming To America” aired in the U.S. this weekend and did not get good reviews by critics.

The New York Post’s Linda Stasi gave the show “no stars” and commented it was “an orgy of self indulgence.”  Alessandra Stanley  of The New York Times said Beckham was a “rich idiotic It Girl.”
