Kobe Bryant Stars in Team USA Intrasquad Game

Kobe Bryant hit the game-winning shot for the Blue Team to defeat the White Team, 105-104, with 6.6 seconds left on the clock.

Bryant finished with 26 points on 10-for-22 shooting, including 4-for-9 from behind the three-point line. His teammate Carmelo Anthony led all scorers with 28. Budding superstar Kevin Durant scored 22 points, shooting 9-for-14.

LeBron James added 18 points for the White Team. Mike Miller led the White Team with 22 points, while Dwight Howard followed with 21 points and added 13 rebounds. Chris Bosh also had a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds.

The team has to be cut down to 12 people. Currently there are 17 people on the roster. This team will play in the FIBA Americas Championship from August 30 to September 2 in Las Vegas in order to qualify for the 2008 Olympics.
