50 Cent, Kanye West Set to Battle on September 11

Last month, 50 Cent's new LP, Curtis, was set to come out on September 4, while Kanye West's album Graduation was to be released on September 18. However, it was announced recently that both albums have been moved to September 11.

Both artists are among the most talented and more arrogant in the industry. Both are known for their outlandish statements. In 2005, 50 Cent publicly said that he disagreed with West's infamous statement about George Bush subsequently after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. Recently, 50 said he predicts that Kanye will eventually push the album back, but accepts the challenge.

He said he didn't like the response his two songs, "Straight to the Bank" and "Amusement Park", so he has made eight more songs to add to the Curtis project. Meanwhile, Kanye West is receiving a lot of positive attention for his two singles, "Can't Tell Me Nothin'" and "Stronger". He also has a mixtape out that is very popular and is adding to the buzz and excitement of his upcoming album, Graduation.

The last time a much-hyped album came out on September 11 was The Blueprint by Jay-Z on September 11, 2001, the actual day of the World Trade Center fiasco. With the sales of the artists' last two albums, Curtis and Graduation are going to top the charts, but which one will be on top? There is only one top spot!
