Lindsay Lohan “receiving medical care”
Lindsay Lohan was arrested this morning for another DUI and possession of cocaine. The troubled actress was chasing another car and was pulled over. She took a sobriety test and failed with a blood alcohol level between .12 and .13. Her lawyer issued a statement saying she was “receiving medical care.”
Lohan checked into Promises rehab center following a hit and run accident and a DUI charge. She was recently released from rehab but volunteered to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet.
“Through out this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from testing companies. Unfortunately, late [Monday] I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care,” her lawyer, Blair Burke, said.
The actress’s father says he is “heartbroken” by the arrest. Lohan was scheduled to appear on the Tonight Show to promote her movie “I Know Who Killed Me,” but cancelled. She signed on for a movie “Poor Things” but filming has been cancelled.
