Britney Spears may lose custody battle due to bizarre behavior
Britney Spears and her estranged husband have been trying to reach an agreement on the custody of their two sons. The pair almost reached a joint custody agreement, but Federline has refused to sign the agreement after Spears’ recent bizarre behavior.
The custody battle turned nasty after Federline says he wants full custody of the children. Federline reportedly believes the Spears is not fit to take care of their sons.
Spears was spotted driving with their youngest son’s car seat facing forward, when federal guidelines require it to face backwards. On July 18 the pop princess was photographed stripping down to her underwear to go swimming at the beach. The ‘Toxic’ singer recently asked for and interview with OK! magazine to set the record straight about her divorce, and feud with her mother. She showed up for the interview acting odd and sources report she constantly went to the bathroom and every time she returned her mood had changed. One of her sons where also seen grabbing her cigarettes.
Spears wanted Federline to agree to joint custody but he refuses to sign the papers, maintaining Spears should not be trusted to care for their children. An insider said, “Kevin is convinced she’s not fit to raise the kids. He’s done tolerating her behavior and is gearing up to fight for full custody.”
