2010 Winter Olympics Results Snowboarding Men’s Snowboard Cross Finals: Seth Westcott Repeats with Gold Performance
Seth Westcott battled his way back from a slow start to the day and did the same in his final run of the day but the American matched his gold medal performance from four years ago to repeat as Olympic champion in the men’s snowboard cross finals on Monday.
Westcott was able to overtake Mike Robertson in the last half of the course and then held on at the end to cross the line just ahead of the Canadian.
France’s Tony Ramoin was able to take bronze in the event, aided by a fall from American Nate Holland who finished fourth in the event at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
