Sex Pistols Debut Album to be Reissued for 30TH Anniversary Celebration

Thirty years after the Sex Pistols released their debut album “Never Mind The Bollocks…Here’s the Sex Pistols” punk lovers will have another opportunity to honor the band that reshaped the music scene of the late 70s.

On October 29 Virgin Records will release a special edition of the album that has widely been considered one of the most influential recordings of the past 50 years.

The release will be identical to that of the October 29, 1977 release in which a 7” vinyl insert of “Submission” along with a poster will accompany the heavyweight vinyl carrying eleven songs.

The Sex Pistols will also reissue the singles “Anarchy in the U.K.” (B-side: “I Wanna Be Me”) on Oct. 1; “God Save the Queen” (B-side: “Did You No Wrong”) on Oct 8; “Pretty Vacant” (B-side: “No Fun”) on Oct. 15; and “Holidays in the Sun” (B-side: “Satellite”) on Oct. 22.
