WWE Loses ‘Summerslam’ Commitment from Johnny Knoxville and Bam Margera
As part of MTV ‘s “Jackass” both Johnny Knoxville and Bam Margera have done some pretty awful things to their bodies. Whether its wrecking golf carts at high speeds or being bucked by a bull there are few things that the tandem won’t do for ‘entertainment value.’
That was until the prospect of climbing into a wrestling ring with WWE talent became too much.
According to reports Margera backed out of the gig due to an injury while Knoxville just bailed on the idea. The two were to take part in the upcoming WWE pay-per-view event “Summerslam.”
Many believe the two just wanted to distance themselves from the WWE after the recent murder-suicide involving Chris Benoit and his family.
