Britney Spears files criminal report against paparazzo who attacked her son
Britney Spears can’t seem to stay out of trouble. The pop princess was right in the middle of an altercation between the paparazzi and her bodyguard inside the
Spears claims that two aggressive paparazzo’s where following her taking pictures when one hit her son, Sean Preston, while he was being carried by a private security guard. Her bodyguard, Julio Camera attacked the paparazzo. Wynn security arrived on the scene as well as the Metro police.
Camera was charged with misdemeanor battery and Spears filed a criminal report against the paparazzo’s for allegedly hitting her son. The Metro police is looking into the matter.
That’s not where the singers problems stop, her estranged husband Kevin Federline demanded she return to Los Angeles because she disobeyed court orders that stated she couldn’t take the children out of the state without Federline’s permission. As of right now the couple have joint custody of their sons, but Federline reportedly doesn’t think Spears is suitable to care for them, and is said to be trying to get sole custody of the boys.
