Jessica Simpson turns down porn star role
Jessica Simpson has decided to keep her cloths on. The 27-year-old singer/actress was offered a role as a porn star in an upcoming movie, but turned the role down. “The last script that came to us was for Jessica to be a porn star. We were promised we would win an Oscar with that,” says Jessica’s father and manager, Joe Simpson. “I was like, ‘Eh, we’ll just buy a [statue of a] little man and keep our cloths on.’”
Simpson’s dad said they are receiving a lot of TV-show offers “every day.” “We’re pitched those a lot. There are a lot off cool ones, and a lot of really weird ones.”
Meanwhile the Simpson’s are busy with their own projects. Joe is producing a fall series “The Women’s Murder Club” and Jessica, who was once married to singer Nick Lachey, is shooting three movies and has a new record coming in September.
