BALTIMORE MARYLAND'S SIMPLY PUT INTERIORS VOTED BALTIMORE’S BEST HOME STAGER BY BALTIMORE MAGAZINE.

Baltimore, Maryland July 30, 2007 – Every year Baltimore Magazine honors the best of what Baltimore has to offer from restaurants, bargain buys, to service providers. This year, a new category was created for Home Stagers and Simply Put Interiors, Inc. received the nod.

Baltimore Magazine’s Best of Baltimore, August 2007 issue features Paula Henry of Simply Put Interiors as Baltimore’s Best Home Stager.  Henry’s firm, Simply Put Interiors is based in Baltimore County Maryland and serves Baltimore city and county as well as, Anne Arundal, Carroll, Harford, Howard, and other surrounding counties.  They have recently expanded their service area to the Maryland and Delaware eastern shores.

Known to create the WOW factor, Ms. Henry’s decorating style is all about her clients, “Except when I am Staging a house for sale.  In that case it is all about the buyer.”  Henry explains that some sellers want to approve all the selections she makes as if the house was being decorated for them to stay.  “It is really just the opposite,” she says.  “We are Staging the house to appeal to the broadest range of buyers.  The house becomes a product and must be merchandised properly.”

Professional Home Staging is gaining momentum as the Real Estate market softens.  Although Home Staging has been popular on the west coast, its value as a selling tool is just being realized in the east. Shows such as Designed To Sell on HGTV and Property Ladder on TLC have helped educate the public about what Henry refers to as a secret weapon to take houses from sitting to sold. 

Simply Put Interiors is doing their part to get the word out.  Henry has noticed more and more Realtors and builders turning to Home Staging to help move properties. She considers sellers lucky when they have a Realtor who is proactive and savvy enough to call in the services of Simply Put Interiors.

The services provided by Simply Put Interiors are not limited to Home Staging.  “We provide decorating services for those starting from scratch or working with what they already have,” says Henry.
