Lindsay Lohan to be charged with false imprisonment/ stolen vehicle

Lindsay Lohan’s legal problems keep building up. The actress was booked for another DUI after she chased another car in an SUV that was not hers, and now victims of her antics are considering pressing false imprisonment and stole vehicle charges.

On Monday night Malibu police got a call that a vehicle was being chased by another. Police then pulled the actress over in a white SUV. She was suspected of drinking and driving and was given a sobriety test, which she failed. Lohan was also charged with possession of marijuana after police found some in the pocket of her pants. Lohan claims she was wearing someone else’s pants, and the drugs were not hers.

Meanwhile, the man whose foot was ran over by Lohan in the SUV; is threatening to sue the ‘Mean Girls’ star. Ronnie Blake was inside the SUV when Lohan got behind the wheel without permission and began chasing her assistant, Tarin Grahame, through the streets. Blake was lucky enough to get out of the SUV before the chase began but his two friends, Dante Nigro and Jakon Sutter, were left trapped inside as Lohan raced through the streets.

“It was a surprise to them that the vehicle was taken without their permission. They were unable to remove themselves from the vehicle while it was traveling …They never expected to be in a car with her (Lindsay),” said Randall Billington, the lawyer the trio hired. If they press charges, Blake is seeking damages for his injuries, while Nigro and Sutter are considering false imprisonment and stolen vehicle charges.
