Shawne Merriman and Tila Tequila Reach Settlement

Shawne Merriman and Tila Tequila have reportedly settled the lawsuits they each had filed against one another.  San Diego Chargers linebacker Merrimen had sued the reality television star for contract interference in response to her lawsuit against him for allegedly choking her.  Merriman claimed that the initial lawsuit was delaying a potential business opportunity with Wal-Mart.  Neither of their attorneys will disclose the details of the settlement, but it is confirmed that the dispute has been resolved.
