The report was put together by Mr. Daniel Gaudreault and Alain Jean Beauregard from Geologica Groupe-Conseil with the technical assistance of Mrs. Francine Fallara from the URSTM and conforms to the NI-43-101 regulations.

The compilation includes all of the work done on the Fayolle property between 1946 and February, 2010. The property straddles about 15km of the Porcupine-Destor Fault. The major east-west structure generated several mineral deposits in Quebec as well as in Ontario.
