Scarlett Johansson won’t play porn star
Despite reports that Scarlett Johansson will play porn star Jenna Jameson in an autobiography film, the actress’s rep says that she will play in the movie. “Scarlett has never seen a script nor been approached about this project. She also has no interest in playing this role,” say Johansson’s rep.
Jameson was hoping that the 22-year-old actress would take the role. Jameson was intrigued with Johansson after seeing her in a 2003 film, “Lost in Translation.” “I remember thinking to myself; this girl has such a sexuality without even really trying to be sexy. I was like, ‘This girl could play me.’ I love her,” Jameson says. “She’s amazing. She’s smart, She’s funny…She’s stunning.”
“Heartbreaker” will be based on the 2004 book “How to Make Love Like a Porn Star,” which was written by Jameson. The book tells the true story of how Jameson rose to fame in adult films. Jameson says she wants the actress that plays her to bring some “depth” to the movie.
