Jon Voight denies making amends with Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie’s father Jon Voight denies rumors that he and his daughter has reconciled their differences. During an interview in 2002 the actor said that his daughter suffered from “severe emotional problems.”

Jolie and her father have not spoken since the interview. Recent media reports haves said that the father and daughter were ready to put the past behind them and move forward with their relationship. Voight insists that the rumors are untrue and says he hasn’t even met his four grandchildren yet.

“There has been talk about that, but we haven’t been in touch yet,” Voight says of the rumored amends with Jolie.

“I certainly send her all my love, and I always wish the best for her and the kids,” Voight said. “I haven’t seen them (the kids) yet.”

Jolie and her partner Brad Pitt have one biological daughter, Shiloh, and three adopted children Maddox, Pax, and Zahara.
