Nicole Richie will serve her time at the same jail Paris Hilton did

Nicole Richie will serve her time at the same jail her pal Paris Hilton spent 23 days behind bars. Richie was given the choice of what jail she wanted serve her time, 90 hours to be exact. Richie was sentenced to a fine and time in jail after she was found guilty of her second DUI. The socialite could have chosen a ‘private jail’ which is much nicer than Lynwood but she must serve the entire sentence. At Lynwood, Richie has a chance of getting out early because of overcrowding.

Sheriff’s spokesmen Steve Whitmore confirmed Richie’s choice.

 

Richie recently revealed that she was four months pregnant with Joel Madden’s baby. She said that being pregnant has changed her as a person. Her and Paris Hilton’s reality show has also been cancelled. The ‘Simple Life’ is not being picked up next season because officials say that the girl’s personal life (DUI’s, getting pregnant, and jail) is overshadowing the show.
