Man mauled to death at “Mission Impossible” star Ving Rhames home

A man was found dead at actor Ving Rahmes home on Friday. The man is believed to have been mauled to death by Rahmes four dogs. The victim worked as the dogs’ caretaker for almost two years.

“This morning at 7:15 a.m. we got a call of a dead body. We found the body of a male, approximately 40 years old, on the front lawn, who has been mauled by dogs,” said Sandra Gonzalez, a Los Angeles Police spokeswoman.

“We removed three mastiffs and one bulldog – they were the size of lions – from Rhames property but we have no solid evidence that they were the cause of death,” said LAPD Captain Matt Blake.

Police are still investigating the case. Rhames was not at home at the time the man died or when police showed up. The four dogs where taken into custody by the animal control.

Rhames has appeared alongside Tom Crusie in all three “Mission Impossible” films and starred in other films including “Pulp Fiction” and “Dawn of the Dead.”
