Spyder Active Sports, Inc. has announced that it has sold its ownership of Cloudveil Mountain Works to Windsong Brands LLC. The transition of ownership will be effective on February 16. Intellectual property and assets will be included in the acquisition. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Cloudveil is engaged in the building of innovative and functional apparel for markets including outdoor, snow sports, fly-fishing and casual apparel. The company is credited with starting the modern day soft shell revolution. It is also a leader of innovation in its prospective markets.
