Marilyn Manson is being sued by his former band mate for using the bands profits to buy a 4-year-old girls skeleton, masks made of human skin, Nazi paraphernalia, and Dita Von Teese’s engagement ring.
Keyboardist Stephen Gregory Bier Jr. claims Manson used the bands money to purchase personal items, which went against their 1993 partnership agreement.
“Because of Manson and others’ fraudulent conduct, Bier has spent almost two decade working for one of the world’s most popular rock bands, that has made millions of dollars in profit, and now had almost nothing to show for it,” the complaint says.
Beir believes the damages will amount to $20 million. He is seeking lost salary, attorney fees, and unspecified general. Manson’s rep has not commented on the accusations.
