On July 24, Lohan was arrested for her second DUI, and possession of cocaine after police pulled her over for chasing another car carrying her assistant. Lohan failed the sobriety test and was taken to jail. She is currently out on a $25,000 bond.

The ‘Mean Girls’ star insists that she is innocent and didn’t do drugs. She claims that she was wearing someone else’s pants and the cocaine found in the pants pocket wasn’t hers.

Lohan flew with her sister Ali and is now with her mother, grandmother and siblings in New York. “She’s doing well,” Dina says.

The 21-year-old is due in court on August 24, and may face time in jail.
