Lindsay Lohan enters rehab in Utah

Lindsay Lohan has entered rehab for the second time. The actress checked into the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol rehab center in Utah. Lohan is expected to begin a program that last as little as 30 days. 

The center has been named one of the country’s top rehab facilities. The center has also treated stars such as Mary-Kate Olsen and David Hasselhoff. This will be Lohan’s second trip to rehab. The ‘Mean Girls’ star was recently released from her first stay in rehab, days later she was arrested for another DUI.  

Police pulled Lohan over after they got a call that one vehicle was chasing another. Lohan was pulled over and is believed to be chasing her assistant. Police gave the 21-year-old a sobriety test and she failed.

Lohan was taken to the jail and searched. Police found cocaine in her pocket. Lohan claims that neither the pants she was wearing nor the cocaine in the pocket was hers. Lohan may also face charges from passengers in the car she was driving including stolen vehicle and false imprisonment.

Lohan is set to appear in court on August 24 for her arraignment.
