THE SOCIETY OF DECORATING PROFESSIONALS CONFERENCE 

Paula Henry, owner of Simply Put Interiors in Baltimore, Maryland will speak at the Annual Conference of the Society of Decorating Professionals which will be held in Chicago, Illinois August 8-10, 2007 at the Embassy Suites Hotel Chicago-O'Hare Rosemont. Henry will partner with Diana Hudson Kresnye of Devine Designs in Chesterland, Ohio to discuss marketing strategies for design professionals.

Hundreds of decorating professionals will converge on the Windy City to network, learn the latest trends, and attend many break-out sessions with topics ranging from interior design trends to industry accounting practices. Henry and Hudson Kresnye's session is expected to be one of the most popular sessions on the agenda.   

Not only are they gifted decorators, Henry and Hudson Kresnye continue to lead the pack when it comes to their marketing prowess. Well respected by their peers, they are quick to offer advice to help advance others careers. “This session will be packed with useful information and ideas that can be implemented immediately,” says Henry.  “We will provide tips, tricks and sound advice and our actual experience to inspire other decorators.”     

Henry was recently voted Baltimore’s Best Home Stager by Baltimore Magazine.  She is also a frequent guest on WBAL-TV 11, an NBC affiliate and has appeared on other local TV and radio shows.  Hudson Kresnye has appeared in Ohio and Cleveland magazines and is a "dream house" designer for the Lake County YMCA Dream House project which annually raises more than $300,000 for the YMCA.
