Britney Spears may lose custody of her two sons after her ex-husband Kevin Federline filed for primary physical custody of the boys. According to a source Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, filed the documents on a Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday.
Less than two weeks ago the couple was officially divorced, and at the time they both agreed to joint custody. Before their divorce Federline was reportedly reluctant to sign the 50/50 custody agreement over concerns for Spears wild behavior.
Spears spent time in rehab this year, shaved her head, and is seen out partying almost every night. The singer recently raised concerns for the well being of her sons when she reportedly asked to get one of the toddlers teeth whitened. The pop singer was also involved in a hit and run accident, her being the running party, and was photographed topless in a pool making out with a 21-year-old college guy.
Federline’s request for primary custody comes after the pool photos surfaced. The aspiring rapper says Spears is exposing their sons to “unnecessary risk” and hopes to get primary custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James.
