Astros Not Done Yet

Despite their fantastic finishes in recent seasons, common sense tells you the Astros face way too many obstacles to get up off the mat one more time, as they did in 2004 en route to the National League Championship Series.

Also in 2005 the Astros came from pretty much dead to making it to the World Series.

With the Brewers and Cubs struggling of late, the Astros believed that they are still in the race for the NL Central title.

The Astros are currently behind the Brewers,Cubs, and Cardinals in the NL Central, however no team is running away with the division leaving the door open for the Astros.

With a record of 51-63 entering Thursday, the Astros believe that all they need to do is get to .500 and they could make a run.

It's very unlikely because unlike 2004 and 2005 when the Astros had Andy Pettite and Roger Clemens in the rotation, Roy Oswalt is alone and will help to do it himself in the rotation.
