Making the Right Choice - Democratic/Republican Presidential Candidates

Most of us have gotten into the habit (hopefully) of voting for the platform of the candidate rather than the party. Unfortunately, the events of the last seven years have led many to think differently based upon events that have led them to distrust one party of the other. Depending upon your perspective regarding events of the last seven years, many have changed their thinking from voting for the candidate to voting for his party affiliation, perhaps the lesser of the two evils in some cases. With the election nearing, people are going to have to make a choice and decide for themselves the best course of action. It is always based on opinion because unfortunately, we do not find out all of the information about a candidate until they are in office, and we cannot do anything about it unless they do something unethical or illegal.

It's important that we, as Americans, keep our eyes open and read all of the profiles of the candidates before we make a choice. We should even consider doing some in depth research on our own to make sure that the media is providing us with all of the information that is available. We know from experience that the media does not provide us all of the facts, and this suppression of information causes us to make wrong decisions in our elections. Possibly they are under "gag orders," thus a good reason for us to do our own researching through any source available. It's important to get involved in order to preserve what is left of our freedoms and to restore those that have been taken from us over the past seven years.
