Scary Spice and Eddie Murphy dated last year, but split before their daughter Angel Iris was born. Brown always maintained that the child was Murphy’s, and recently claimed they planned the pregnancy. Murphy denied they planned anything and even said that he wouldn’t know if the baby was his until it had a paternity test.
Brown took his words to heart and after Angel Iris was born, she took legal action and had the actor take a paternity test. The DNA test proved the baby was his, but Brown claims he “has not paid one penny of child support.”
“I want to stand up for all the other single parents/mothers out there that are in the same position as me. I mean this isn’t the first time it’s happened to a woman. I think it’s time for fathers like that to stop and be responsible and be an emotional support to their kids,” Brown said.
