Andruw Jones plans to have an X-ray or MRI exam on his aching left elbow when the Braves return to Atlanta.
Jones doesn't want to sit out against Philadelphia this weekend though.
"Not against these guys," he said.
"Every time I swing and miss, it hurts.
It affects you when you make contact and when you don't.
It's still no excuse for not producing."
Before Saturday, he had just a .199 average in 87 games since May 2.
