Things could be heating up in the Britney Spears and Kevin Federline custody showdown after an assistant to the one time pop darling was subpoenaed by Federline’s lawyers.
Alli Sims was subpoenaed in part because, as Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said, she was “believed to have relevant information.” What that information was and what it pertains to is unclear.
Spear and Federline officially divorced on July 30 but their agreement to share custody of their two children has been a hot issue among the media. It is believed that Federline may be making a play to receive full custody after Spears has continued to exhibit bizarre behavior over the past two months.
