Britney Spears’ bodyguard Daimon Shippen served papers by Kevin Federline

Kevin Federline is getting serious about his custody battle with Britney Spears; so serious he is serving papers to people close to his ex wife in relation with the battle. First it was Britney Spears’ assistant cousin Alli Sims and now it’s her bodyguard. Who will it be next?

A source confirms that Daimon Shippen, who Spears was once rumored to be dating, was given papers late Monday night. He was often spotted helping her care for the boys and a source confirmed that he was their “manny” and her bodyguard. Alli Sims was given hers at 2 a.m. on Sunday while partying with Spears. Sims is being asked to give an account to Spears mothering skills in court.

Earlier this month Sims claimed that Spears was a great mother and “she is so hands-on.”

As of now Spears and Federline share equal custody of their two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. The divorce was recently finalized but Federline was worried about the Spears was exposing the children to “unnecessary risk.”

Last week Federline filed for primary custody of the boys citing Spears as an unsuitable mother.
