Paris Hilton’s house sold for $4.25 million
Only on the market for 10 days, Paris Hilton’s Spanish-style mansion sold for $4.25 million. The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house was bought by the socialite in 2004 for $2.9 million, a little over half of what she sold it for!
The mansion includes a pool, separate guest house, and separate office. Potential buyers were required to be screened before viewing the house to ensure they where legitimate, and not just curious.
The 'Simple Life' star announced she was sad that she had to sell her home, but said she needed something with more privacy.
