Lindsay Lohan had cops guns drawn night of car chase

The SUV ended up in a parking lot near the Santa Monica Police Station where the women got out of the car.

Lohan reportedly got out of the car she was driving and began running toward Rice. The suit claims that, “Police officers approached them with guns drawn.”

Rice is seeking unspecified damages and payment of medical expenses. The suit says Rice is also suing Lohan for intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The ‘Mean Girls’ star is currently in a Utah rehab facility where she is said to be doing well.
