Amy Winehouse: ‘I’m addicted to heroin and cocaine’

After being rushed to the hospital last week for a drug overdose, Amy Winehouse has finally admitted that she is addicted to heroin and cocaine. The ‘Rehab’ singer and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil reportedly flew to the United States to seek help for their drug addictions at the urging for Winehouse’s father.

The singer finally admitted to her husband’s mother that she was addicted to drugs. “I know my son has had a drug problem ever since he was 20 and moved down to London,” said Civil’s mother Georgette. “I needed to know Amy’s problems and we had a chat – just the two of us on the balcony. She told me she was addicted to heroin and cocaine. She admitted ‘It’s silly, but you just get carried away.’”
