Jordache Enterprises has rebounded nicely since their lull in the 1990s and have launched their new Jordache jeans ad campaign with supermodel and “Project Runway” host Heidi Klum at the forefront.
Klum appears in several ads wearing the classic skinny jeans and not much else. The Klum ad is a call back to Jordache’s first attempt at a television commercial for the brand back in the 1980s. The commercial of a topless woman riding a horse on the beach never made it on the major television outlets but did filter its way onto independent stations in New York. It was that approach that launched the Jordache brand.
Now Jordache is hoping for a similar spark with Heidi Klum. The 34-year-old stunner will appear in print ads where she poses topless with a riding whip. President of Jordache Enterprises Liz Berlinger said of Klum, “With her success as a supermodel, businesswoman and mother, Heidi embodies the sexy confidence that the Jordache brand is about.”
Klum is married to singer Seal and the couple has two children together. Klum also has a child from a previous relationship.
