Explor Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EXS) has acquired 30 mineral units totaling 654.8 hectares, within Restigouche County, in the province of New Brunswick, coined as the Tardif Brook.
Explor will pay C$5,000 and issue 50,000 common shares for an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Tardif Brook claims. The optionee will hold a 2.0% NSR royalty on the property.
