Ms. Rustad will replace Mr. Timo Jauristo, Vice President Corporate Development of Goldcorp Inc.

Ms. Rustad has over 19 years experience as an international finance professional in the mining and finance industries. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Ontario and British Columbia, holds a Bachelor of Commerce, University of Calgary and has completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania.
