Mattel Heads Sell Huge Share Amounts

Chief Financial Office of Mattel Inc., Kevin Farr sold 25,000 shares of Mattel, which trades under the symbol MAT on Feb. 18. Chairman and CEO of the company, Robert Eckert sold off even more shares at 144,388. Both sold shares at a price of $21.71 a share.  The average share price for the company, which has a market cap of 7.87 billion, was $21.74 a share. Mattel, maker of Barbie Scrabble, Magic 8 Balls and many other children’s games and toys had an average annual earning growth of 2.4 percent for the last five years, The company is commonly found in high profile portfolios.

 

Shares for the day had been trading at $21.78.
