Apparently that didn’t stop a Spanish magazine; they published the uncensored photos of the pair’s romp in the hot tub and now the photos have appeared online. When the pictures where first reported, OK! magazine purchased the rights to the photos to keep them out of the media. Reports say that it probably only applied to the United States and Britain, so there might not be anything Lachey and Minnillo can do about the Spanish magazine.
