Lindsay Lohan’s parents reach divorce settlement

Terms of the agreement haven’t been released, but the divorce is expected to be official within 60 days. After the agreement on Friday, Michael Lohan told reporters, “I wish Dina the best and I hope we can both move forward and put our best foot forward for the kids sake and just be good parents.”

Lindsay has reportedly been released from the Utah rehab facility that she checked into following a second DUI charge. When asked how their daughter was doing Dina said, “Fantastic.”
