Britney Spears lawyer quits
According to reports Britney Spears lawyer Laura Wasser has quit representing the troubled singer in her custody battle with ex husband Kevin Federline. Wasser says she only agreed to assist Spears in her divorce and has no intensions of representing her in the custody battle for her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Wasser reportedly gave Spears a list of lawyers who could help her with the custody case. Spears was spotted leaving Wasser’s office in tears on Wednesday after a brief meeting.
Federline and Spears agreed on joint custody, but Federline is now seeking primary custody of the two boys. He has subpoenaed Spears’ former assistant and bodyguard to testify in court on the ‘Toxic’ singers mothering skills.
