Michigan International Speedway NASCAR race postponed

NASCAR was forced to postpone Sunday’s race at the Michigan International speedway in Brooklyn, Michigan due to rain. The NASCAR Nextel Cup race has been held off until Monday at 12 p.m.

With only four races left in the “Chase for the Nextel Cup,” it looks like Kurt Busch, Ryan Newman, Dale Earhart Jr. and Greg Biffle will be competing for the winning title.

Jeff Gordon will lead the race in row 1, with Kasey Kahne and Boddy Labonte in row 2.

On Saturday Denny Hamlin took home the victory at the Carfax 250 NASCAR Busch Series race.

Following Michigan, NASCAR will travel to Bristol, California.
