For all of those real estate websites that just give you rent rates and dog policies, there is one that can tell you how good (or bad) your neighbors are before you move. The site is called RottenNeighor.com. You plug in your zip code and the site lists the neighbor assessments of that neighborhood. Equipped with a Google map, you can see exactly where the bad neighbors live so you can live elsewhere.

This is the first real estate search engine with such a feature. It will allow for the renter to get a more wholistic view of the property. The site also allows for people to add if their neighbors are rotten.
