Lindsay Lohan may not face jail time for DUI and drug charges

Police conducted a breath test on the scene and found Lohan’s blood alcohol level above the legal driving limit. While searching her they found cocaine in her pocket. Lohan claims she was wearing someone else's pants and the drugs where not hers.

Law enforcement officials say that there is a “strong possibility” Lohan won’t face felony charges, the charges maybe considered DUI misdemeanors.

After her last DUI charge Lohan was reportedly checked into a rehab facility in Utah where sources say she was very cooperative. She is said to be already released from the center. Her arraignment is set for Friday.
